Dear RISE Customer,
We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding RISE. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue our consumer-focused activities and shift our focus towards strategic partnerships with banks. As a result, we will be terminating our services for individual consumers, including the closure of RISE accounts. We want to assure you that your funds with RISE are secure and will not be affected by this decision.
What Does This Mean for You?
Until the closure date of 05/09/2023, you will have continued access to the RISE app. Your account will be automatically closed at the closing date.
In case you would have funds on your account that need to be withdrawn, we kindly ask you to reach out to us through the RISE app or by contacting us at support@risecard.eu.
After the 18th of September, please contact reclamations.rise@treezor.com
Your Subscription
We have stopped charging your RISE subscription. Going forward, you will no longer be billed for any RISE subscription fees.
